When you engage us in the planning process, we take a comprehensive view of your financial situation, values, and goals. Our Planning Process

  1. I

    We’ll start with a simple phone call that allows us to get to know each other better and gives us an idea of what you want from the planning process.

  2. II

    From there, we’ll send you a proposal outlining our next steps and discuss any questions you might have.

  3. III

    Once you sign our planning agreement, we’ll begin gathering data. We’ll ask you to send us certain documents and information so we can get an idea of where you are currently.

  4. IV

    Next, we’ll schedule a discovery meeting, where we’ll spend time discussing your values, concerns, goals, and current financial situation. This helps us understand where you are and where you want to go so we can plan effectively.

  5. V

    From there, we’ll meet several times over the next few months to develop your financial plan. During this stage (and throughout the process), you can ask questions, make adjustments, and fine-tune until you’re comfortable with your plan.

  6. VI

    Once we have a plan in place, we’ll work with you to implement and maintain your strategies over time. We’ll continue to meet regularly, address changes that will inevitably arise, and make sure you stay on track to meet the goals you have for your finances and your life.

Our Planning Fee

We charge an advisory fee based on the market value of the assets under management for ongoing financial planning and investment advisory services. Generally, we require a minimum investment portfolio of $250,000, but we may accept clients who do not meet this minimum. Fees are calculated as follows:
